Terms and Conditions
- Items left behind in the lodge are kept for two weeks and then subsequently destroyed. A minimum of £5 will be required to return items left behind.
- The person identified on the booking form will be responsible for ensuring that the conditions of the let are adhered to, and for any loss or damage to the accommodation and its contents during the rental period. Notwithstanding this, the lodge owners do accept general wear-and-tear issues.
- The lodge should be kept clean and in good condition with any damage reported immediately. If excessive cleaning is required at the end of a letting period - at the discretion of Watermouth Lodges - a surcharge of £25 will be levied to cover the costs incurred.
- For safety reasons you must not exceed the allocated persons in the lodge. If you do so, you will be asked to leave with no refunds given. You cannot install temporary beds for extra guests.
- Personal property of any visitor occupying the lodge is not the responsibility of the lodge owners or Watermouth Lodges Ltd. Vehicles and personal property are left solely at your own risk.
It is an express condition of the booking that we cannot be held responsible for any personal injury or damage to the property, non-availability of the accommodation or amenities beyond our control. We reserve the right to make improvements or alterations without prior notice. It is an express condition of the booking that we will not be held responsible for any planned facility not being available through circumstances beyond our control. We reserve the right to open only one of our swimming pools according to demand and weather conditions. We do not employ life guards, children under 16 and non-swimmers must be accompanied by an adult swimmer at all times. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times when visiting the indoor or outdoor play areas.

- Keys are available from 3 pm on arrival. Please hand your key in by 10 am on the day of your departure
- High chairs are available at a small extra cost
- Travel cots are available at a small extra cost
- Please bring your own beach/swimming towels.
- Groups: We do not accept ALL male/female parties under 25 years of age
- Deposit: £100 for each week booked. Balance for rentals must be received 28 days before commencement of your holiday
- If cancellation is made within 10 weeks of the first day of your holiday then you will be liable for the full balance. Should you need to cancel you must notify us immediately either in writing or by email
- All deposits are non-refundable
