Introducing The Lodge

Lodge 39 is part of the Amberwood range of deluxe holiday homes set in beautiful woodland overlooking Watermouth Castle and the bay. It was built in 2004 when the holiday resort was developed by a family-run business who now live on site and manage the day-to-day running of the lodges and the holiday park.

The outside area boasts a large decked balcony equipped with a picnic table, a separate grassy area and a washing line. There is also space allocated for parking one car. There is additional shared parking available in the resort if required.

Inside the Lodge

Lodge 39 has three double-size bedrooms, the main bedroom has a king-size bed and an ensuite bathroom with a shower cubicle. The two remaining bedrooms have a double bed and twin beds respectively. All linen and towels are included in the rental fee.

The lounge area has recently been refurbished with a new sofa and armchairs in addition to a TV, DVD player and Wi-Fi.

The kitchen is a self-contained area and is fully equipped with microwave, toaster, kettle, washing machine, dishwasher and fridge-freezer. The cooking facilities include an electric oven accompanied by a gas hob with an extractor fan/overhead light. There is also a coffee maker for those guests that prefer fresh coffee.

There is a dining area adjacent to the kitchen that comfortably seats six.

The lodge has a combination boiler and central heating, so hot water is available on-demand throughout the day via a programmable schedule. There is also a gas fire in the lounge to keep the lodge cosy during the Autumn and Winter seasons. All the windows are double-glazed. There are large double-doors allowing access onto the balcony.

Children are always welcome.

One small dog is allowed in the lodge but must be supervised at all times.
